"I stayed at Kokanee Manor for 3.5 months and couldn't have found a more perfect place. The suite is cozy for a single guest, well decorated, plentiful in amenities--but the best part was location. Tucked away in the heart of downtown Issaquah, the surrounding shops/restaurants can be walked to within minutes, Issaquah Commons was a 5 min drive away, and Swedish Issaquah and Grand Ridge Plaza was a 7 min drive up the hill. Hi Jim, Thank you so much for the rental of the studio and common space at 35 Front St S. It was everything we needed!! We loved walking around Old Town Issaquah and the Issaquah Alps trails. It was fantastic for access to the Swedish Medical Center and the Trader Joe's and Safeway down the road a bit.

I stayed at Kokanee Manor for a very pleasant 2 months. Owners are friendly, responsible and accessible. The Tropical Garden Suite is a studio but feels larger, as there is a well-appointed kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a private entrance. Everything in the unit felt new and clean. All of the appliances, window shades, bathroom fixtures, etc. worked perfectly, Other tenants and neighbors were very quiet while I was there. Free laundry facilities in the building was a big bonus. The location is perfect for transitional living, i.e. very near grocery stores, restaurants and walking trails, yet safe and quiet, with easy access to I-90. Parking is super convenient in a dedicated lot right by the building. Very highly recommended!

Thank you again for being great landlords, having open communication with myself and your other tenants, and being readily available to address any issues that could have arose. I truly enjoyed the back patio the past few weeks with all the beautiful blooms and lush landscaping- a true oasis and nice get away!

Our stay there was terrific and the owners were outstanding. We had a really flawless stay there and would recommend it to any transitioning ..... Great yard, great common space and very clean with lots of parking and easy bus and amenities access within walking distance.
